Bentley Respraying Restoration
The Turbo R has been an icon of British luxury automobiles since it was first introduced in 1980 and still a relevant piece of design and engineering. Although, the cars are quite rare on todays roads, there are still quite a few fully restored Bentley’s fetching prices of up to £20,000.
There are, however, some fantastic deals with Turbo R’s on sale for around £6,000 if you’re prepared to look around.
Preparing & Respraying our Bentley
This project was competed in our new state of the art workshop, recently built adjacent to our original garage in Birkenhead. Preparing the vehicle meant sanding and filling any required body work and washing down the areas to be painted. This generation of Bentley was the last to be hand built before the Arnage came along, using many BMW parts.
Our engineers understand that it is impossible to achieve the very best finish without meticulous preparation to the car’s bodywork. The car was tested for any imperfections ensuring that the surface was absolutely smooth and ready to be primed. Check out some the images while our engineers prepared the Bentley.

Using the original colour scheme, we returned the Bentley Turbo R to its past glory by giving it a brand new coat.
